Our seafood: our chefs works with our own boat, which lands all our brown crab, lobster and brown shrimp caught between the waters of Dalkey down south to Waterford and north to Kilkeel. Every day Fresh fish is delivered straight to the restaurants. You may find that the seafood offered at lunch differs from dinner, as fresh deliveries arrive to the restaurant throughout the day.
